Leadership Team

Bryon and Rachel are a Pastoral team that has been in full time ministry for over 22 years. They have also been married for 22 years and God has blessed them with three miracles, Mercy, Eden and Justice. Having both grown up as Pastors’ kids, they have a deep love for the local church. Their hearts’ desire is to see souls saved, lives changed, and the Holy Spirit alive and active in believers. They became the Lead Pastors of Life Church in the Fall of 2024.

Robby loves to pour into people. His preaching style is very engaging, as he uses props, people & puns to paint a picture of God's goodness into your mind. He & his beautiful bride, Heather, have 2 incredible kids: Dayne & Jordan. The family has been a part of this church for many years.

Jake loves to pour into the younger generation and get them grounded in the Word and excited about a personal relationship with Jesus. His beautiful bride, Carissa, and he have 2 precious daughters: Haven and Eden.

Diamond is a teacher, at heart, and loves teaching the Word creatively to children, challenging them to bring their Bibles and friends to church, give to missions, and lives a life of loving people well. She and her husband, Neil, have 3 incredible kids: Neil Jr., Amani, and Xavier.

Joe has a Doctorate in Ministry and a rich appreciation for the depth and brevity of the Word and is a fantastic Bible teacher. He serves Life Church administratively and relationally connects all adults 50+ years. He and his beautiful wife, Kassie, have four adult children.
